Mike Skinner is a young, energetic, and bright proclaimer of the Gospel.  At just 22 years old, Mike has been the Lead/Teaching Pastor at First Colony Christian Church (Sugar Land, Tx) for over two years.  He joined the Transform team as a communicator in 2009 and graduated from Houston Baptist University in December 2010 with a degree in Christianity and Biblical Languages.

One of Mike's greatest joys in life is the opportunity to communicate the truths of the Gospel to people of all ages - middle school, high school, college, and adults.  He enjoys preaching weekly at his church and also traveling to speak at youth events, camps, retreats, chapels, and other worship services.  Mike has a heart for helping others understand the Scriptures and he seeks to communicate their truths with piercing clarity and application.  To this end, he utilizes captivating story-telling, humor, and rich biblical exegesis.
