Robert Copeland is a passionate man who loves Jesus and loves His people. Robert is a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with his degree in Christian Studies. While at UMHB Robert played football, was involved in many on campus ministries, served as intern/interim to youth at First Belton, and spoke at various events as time allowed. Robert is currently finishing up his masters at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Houston). He recently served as Pastor to young adults at Atascocita Community Church in Humble (Atascocita), TX. Robert also spent time as the speaker for The Crossing, a weekly young adult time of worship at 2nd Baptist Baytown. His ministry is currently working on Escape to Truth, a theological young adult conference, set to take place August 2-5, 2012. Robert and his wife are currently seeking a church in which to serve as young adult, associate, teaching, or small groups pastor.

He is a dynamic communicator filled with energy and excitement to declare truth. His heart is to see the lost start their journey down the road of grace, knowledge, hope, and love. To see the de-churched come to Christ or return to fellowship with their Savior and His bride. Robert also has a longing for believers to grow closer to Christ through the riches of His word and to preach/teach the gospel in such away that brings grace driven effort to all. He has a unique expression of Jesus through his warmth, humor, and gentle strength. He has experience preaching to students at various age levels, as well as to adults, and has a huge heart for the 18-20s (young adult ministry).
